In sucurile verzi folosesc plante considerate de romani ierburi pentru pasari sau animale, insa nu v-ati intrebat de ce vietatile le consuma? Unele dintre ele precum stirul sau iarba grasa sunt mai bogate in proteine si minerale decat salata, spanacul sau alte legume frunzoase. In alte tari sunt foarte rare in magazinele bio si costa foarte mult legatura, pana la $6-10.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Stirul (specie de amarant) este o planta bogata in vitamine, in special A, K, B1, B3, B5, B6, B17, C, E, riboflavina, acid folic si folat, in minerale precum calciu, fier, magneziu, fosfor, potasiu, zinc, cupru si magneziu. Valoarea nutritiva a amarantului este foarte ridicata, frunzele de Amaranthus cruentus de exemplu contin cu 25% mai multe proteine si mult mai multa lizina decat orice produs obtinut din porumb sau alte cereale si mai multa metionina decat soia. Amarantul contine cantitati importante de provitamina A (beta-caroten), un compus vital pentru milioane de malnutriti, care risca orbirea. <p>Ca si o regula simpla, incercati sa evitati folosirea plantelor aromatice precum usturoiul sau ceapa, mararul sau cimbrul fiindca sucul va iesi amar si foarte, foarte iute. Daca le doriti ca si aroma, puneti doar cate un fir sau doua dar nu mai mult de atat. Mai puteti folosi dar tot in cantitati exagerat de mici, menta, salvie, maghiran, ghimbir etc.</p>

</ul>
<p>Atat frunzele cat si merele se dau printr-un storcator prin presare la rece si se consuma imediat. Puteti bea pana la 2 litri pe zi de sucuri verzi din frunze sau legume. Retineti ca fructele nu se combina decat cu legumele frunzoase.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Din 2009 de cand am inceput sa promovez alimentatia raw food in Romania am discutat cu sute de oameni doritori sa faca pasi spre un stil de viata mai bun. In ciuda sfaturilor mele in care ii invatam sa o ia cu pasi marunti si siguri, am intalnit multe cazuri in care oamenii s-au hotarat peste noapte sa devina 100% raw foodisti fara sa detina prea multa informatie despre acest stil de viata diferit si despre pasii care trebuie urmati ca sa nu se dovedeasca a fi un esec.</p>
<p>Multi s-au intors dupa catva timp dezamagiti si descurajati, o parte au continuat cateva luni mancand preparate prea puternice la gust sau care nu le erau pe plac, o parte au spus ca s-au impacat cu ideea insa au avut pofte nesfarsite de hrana preparata termic, altii au consumat pentru jumatate de an si dupa aceea s-au intors la mancare traditionala iar un procent foarte mic, care s-a educat bine inainte de a pleca la drum, inca consuma 80-100% raw.</p>

<p>Haideti sa identificam o parte din greseli:</p>
<h3><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Se crede ca alimentatia raw food trebuie neaparat sa fie 100% cruda</span></strong></h3>
<p>Este ideal insa nu este chiar asa in marea majoritate a cazurilor. In mare parte, cei care intra in categoria raw foodistilor din intreaga lume consuma si un procent mic de hrana gatita vegana sau vegetariana. Mancarea gatita este preparata lent, in slow cookers, in cuptor, la aburi sau legume fierte la foc mic. Acest procent de hrana gatita difera de la anotimp la anotimp sau in functie de cum simte fiecare. Atunci cand te afli in restaurante raw, la targuri sau la activitati centrelor de sanatate si spui ca esti raw foodist, esti imediat intrebat &#8220;in ce procent consumi raw food&#8221;. Unii raspund ca 60%, altii 80%, altii 90%. Nimeni nu este judecat pentru procentul care il consuma si fiecare se incurajeaza pentru ca s-au putut tine de aceast stil de viata pana in prezent.</p>
<p>Exista si un numar de raw foodisti care consuma 100% raw si se simt minunat, insa acest lucru se intampla cand corpul este pregatit sa ia o asemenea decizie fara intoarcere si dupa o perioada de intermediere de cativa ani, in care se combina mancarea gatita vegana cu cea raw. Trebuie toti sa invatam sa oferim timp corpului sa se acomodeze si sa ajunga la un punct cand pur si simplu va refuza sa consume ceea ce nu are nevoie. Nici noi nu suntem la stadiul acela de perfectiune inca chiar daca ne dorim de multe ori si ne mai intoarcem in special iarna la o supa de legume, la un dovleac copt pe jar sau la un hummus, ceea ce nu mi se pare o greseala sau o cadere asa cum se crede ca este de unii.</p>
<p>In cazul nostru, calatorim mult si ne gasim adeseori in multe locuri unde nu avem acces la raw food si timp liber nu exista, asa ca trebuie sa consumam ce gasim, adica mancare vegana (salate verzi, de radacinoase sau muraturi, hummus, ciuperi, cartofi, varza, supe etc). Deja avem locuri unde bucatarii ne cunosc si ne prepara ce dorim, asa ca nu va sfiiti sa propuneti bucatarului ce sa va prepare.</p>
<p>Multi avem impresia ca suntem puternici si ca avem o motivatie de nezdrucinat insa nu uitati ca felul de alimentatie ne-a fost inradacinat in minte si este ca o dependenta. Toti asociem mirosurile unor mancaruri cu momente unice si exceptionale din copilaria pierduta. Toti auzim des ca se spune, &#8220;mirosul de cozonac imi aduce aminte de bunica, gustul tocanitei de pui imi aminteste de mama etc.&#8221;</p>
<p>Daca luam decizia de a manca astfel trebuie sa formam noi drumuri, noi obiceiuri pe suprafata creierului nostru si asta se realizeaza prin repetare. Va aduceti aminte vorba, &#8220;repetitia este mama invataturii&#8221;, ei bine si in alimentatie este la fel ca in toate. Daca facem din obisnuita acelasi lucru de ani de zile, ni se impregneaza in minte ca asa este normal si noi trebuie sa schimbam aceasta prin alte obiceiuri mai bune repetate zilnic si vom fi uimiti cu aceste obiceiuri se vor schimba radical in timp.</p>
<p>O alta categorie care trec la 100% raw sunt cei care sufera de vreo afectiune si raman asa timp de 2-3 ani sau pana se vindeca. Dar nu uitati ca nu se face lucrul asta dupa ureche, ci cu multa informatie la bord si cu indrumarea unui specialist in domeniu. Eu una cunosc cazuri in Romania care s-au vindecat prin hrana vie de cancere urate fara speranta si asta inca din 1986, dar care au studiat ani de zile subiectul si au aplicat totul ca la carte.</p>
<h3><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Ce trebuie sa stim cand consumam un procent mare de raw food? Greseli, urmari si sfaturi. </strong></span></h3>
<p>Am auzit cazuri cand oamenii consumau pentru cateva luni 99% raw food si veneau la mine disperati ca au diferite carente nutritionale sau nu se puteau scapa de o candida recurenta. Cand ii intrebam ce au consumat in ultimele luni imi dadeau mai multe amanunte.</p>
<p><strong>1. Consumul de 80% fructe.  Consumul ridicat de zahar &#8220;natural&#8221; dar foarte concentrat din fructe scade sistemul imunitar foarte mult si pe langa faptul ca dau peste cap echilibrul bacteriilor prietenoase care lasa loc dezvoltarii candidei mai spala si calciul din corp, </strong></p>
<p>Din pacate din cauza poluarii excesive din ultimele zeci de ani, fructele din ziua de azi nu se pot compara cu cele de acum 20-50 de ani. Nu v-ati intrebat niciodata din ce motiv fructele din ziua de azi au un gust exagerat de dulce si nu mai miros ca in copilaria noastra? Explicatia adusa de oamenii de stiinta este ca e din cauza poluarii pe mai multe planuri si ma refer aici la sol si chimicalele folosite ca si ingrasamant sau din pesticide, la poluarea exterioara care este de mai multe feluri, cea cauzata de noxe si cea cauzata de toate undele provenite de la antene de telefoane, statii electrice de inalta tensiune etc.</p>
<p>O alta explicatie ar fi faptul ca fructele nu sunt proaspete, in sensul ca sunt culese cu saptamani si chiar luni inainte si multe, in special cele tropicale sunt coapte atat in Romania cat si in alte tari, in containere cu gaze speciale. Se spune ca in special bananele daca ar fi aduse coapte n-ar rezista la transport. Dar daca ar fi sa luam fructele noastre de pe piata, multe sunt culese cu 5-6 zile inainte de a fi trimise la piata si ati vazut foarte des fructe verzi sau tari la presare. Nutritionistii spun ca asemenea fructe sau legume, daca nu sunt consumate in doua trei zile de la data culesului isi pierd enorm din nutrientii iar daca sunt culese verzi si coapte pe parcurs, sunt daunatoare organismului, chiar cancerigene in unele cazuri.</p>
<p><strong>2. Consumul doar de salate, din 1-2 feluri de legume sau mancaruri fara gust. </strong></p>
<p>Am ramas uimita cand o parte din cei care se considera raw foodisti spun ca consuma doar cate o salata sau doua pe zi dintr-un fel de frunze sau cateodata din doua feluri, dar nu le place deloc ce mananca si este o corvoada pentru ei aceasta alimentatie. Ma intreb, oare cum poti sa mananci ceva din scarba? Mancarea ne-a fost data pentru a ne bucura papilele gustative, pentru a ne delecta prin culorile sale naturale si apetisante si nu pentru a o consuma si atat. Mancarea trebuie sa aiba gust bun si prin aromele si culoarea ei sa ne aduca bucurie in fiecare zi.</p>
<p><strong>3. Consumul in mare parte nuci si deserturi raw si un procent mic de legume proaspete, germeni si vlastari sau alge marine. </strong></p>
<div>Corpul nostru are nevoie de diversificare si echilibru in alimentatie. Daca ar fi sa consumam mereu doar sarmale ce s-ar intampla cu noi? Cu siguranta ar aparea deficiente mari care s-ar remedia greu.</div>
<h3><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ce este de facut?</span></h3>
<div>Aceasta fabrica complexa numita corpul uman, trebuie sa primeasca combustibilul necesar zilnic si daca nu, va ceda in vreun fel sau altul. Cand spun combustibil necesar ma refer la mancare, somn, oxigen, liniste interioara si lipsa gandurilor negre etc. Suntem un tot unitar si daca nu este un echilibru in toate, corpul va ceda.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Nu va asteptati sa va simtiti bine daca nu aveti timp sa respirati, sa va luati timp sa va relaxati, daca nu dormiti bine si daca consumati doar un fel de seminte, nuci, legume sau fructe. Daca doriti sa introduceti in viata voastra un procent mare de raw food, asigurati-va ca nu va lipsesc saptamanal cele de mai jos, altfel sa nu va intrebati de ce aveti diferite carente nutritionale. Fiecare punct in parte are trimitere la articolul scris despre acel subiect, fiindca nu are rost sa ma repet.</div>
<p>1. Consumati g<a title="Semintele incoltite si crescute sub forma de vlastari (sprouts)" href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/08/29/germenii-semintelor-sanatate-curatara/">ermeni si vlastari</a> zilnic, in special in anotimpul rece, fiindca sunt sursa ideala de nutrienti complecsi.</p>
<p>2. <a title="Ce cruditati sa consumam iarna?" href="http://ligiapop.com/2012/01/02/detoxifiere-dupa-sarbatori/" target="_blank">Sucuri de legume</a> si multa, multa clorofila &#8211; ideal 2 l pe zi de suc din legume diversificate de la zi la zi. Clorofila este aducatoare de viata in organism prin procentul mare de oxigen transportat. Iarna consumati multe <a title="Ce cruditati sa consumam iarna?" href="http://ligiapop.com/2012/02/12/ce-cruditati-sa-consumam-iarna/" target="_blank">radacinoase locale</a> si germeni si vlastari, iar vara multe sucuri din frunze verzi si radacinoase proaspete presate la rece.</p>
<p>3. Consumati <a title="Chlorella si Spirulina, suplimente nutritive fara egal" href="http://ligiapop.com/2010/10/19/chlorella-si-spirulina-suplimente-nutritive-fara-egal/" target="_blank">alge marine</a> pentru aport maxim de minerale si aici intra in special Spirulina si Chlorella. Daca nu va permiteti alge marine sub forma de praf, consumati varianta sub forma de comprimate gasite in orice farmacie naturista si veti fi uimiti de rezultate.</p>
<p>4. Straduiti-va sa faceti <a title="Combinarea corecta a alimentelor" href="http://ligiapop.com/2010/06/06/combinarea-corecta-a-mancarurilor/">combinari corecte</a> daca aveti probleme cu sistemul digestiv. Un procent mare de hrana vie vindeca problemele digestive daca este consumata si combinata corect. Nu va asteptati sa va simtiti bine daca consumati fructe acide sau care favorizeaza aciditatea. Studiati problema si nu plecati la drum fara bagaj informational.</p>
<p>5. Beti apa curata: <a title="Apa: un element mai important decat mancarea?" href="http://ligiapop.com/2012/03/12/apa-un-element-mai-important-decat-mancarea/">apa filtrata, apa de argila sau ideal ar fi apa ionizata</a>. Cei care nu detineti un ionizator, nu este o tragedie insa straduiti-va sa consumati apa bine filtrata si anume cate un ½ de pahar la fiecare ora. Puteti folosi orice filtru va permiteti si chiar cel simplu de carbon este bun. Important este sa filtreze cat mai multe chimicale, pesticide, azot, ierbicide, cloruri, metale grele etc.</p>
<p>6. Faceti exercitiu in aer liber zilnic. Lasati soarele sa va vada si sa va faca bine! Intindeti-va muschii si inspirati adanc. Mai lasati televizorul si iesiti seara la o plimbare de relaxare!</p>

<p>10. Eliminati gandurile negre prin gandire pozitiva si exercitii de relaxare. Impingeti din mintea voastra orice gand negru si suparator si nu-i dati voie sa se instaleze si sa &#8220;construiasca&#8221; un lacas acolo. Lasati grijile la o parte, fiindca altfel niciodata nu se vor desprinde de voi.</p>
<p>Daca o viata ati fost mereu ingrijorat(a) si daca nu faceti ceva acum o sa va treziti in cativa ani ca viata s-a scurs si ca nu v-ati bucurat mai deloc. Viata este prea scurta pentru a ne irosi energia pe lucruri de nimic, fara valoare, precum rautatea, barfa, invidia sau furia. Tot timpul vor fi probleme si lucruri de rezolvat, care parca incearca sa acopere putinele lucruri frumoase care se intampla pe langa noi. Luptati cu voi insiva si invatati sa apreciati mai mult bucuria si oamenii dragi din jur. Alimentatia corecta ajuta enorm insa daca ne irosim energia si viata pe autodistrugere psihica, efortul facut e in zadar.</p>

<p>Prin 2009 am gasit aceasta carte in biblioteca unor prieteni, am rasfoit-o si am vazut ca recomanda in cateva locuri pestele si carnea si am fost tentata sa o pun la loc, insa trecand peste aceste lucruri am descoperit sfaturi nutritionale captivante si pline de interes legate de hrana vie.</p>
<p>Cartea este un indrumar pentru cei care au o alimentatie traditionala si prin toate sfaturile utile cauta sa va educe dorinta de a manca mai sanatos, chiar daca consumati produse animale. Este o carte atat pentru cei care sunt intr-o tranzitie de la dieta bazata pe mezeluri si semipreparate la o alimentatie mai controlata, cat si pentru raw foodisti si vegetarieni.</p>
<p>Acestia din urma pot invata multe aspecte exceptionale legate de nutritie si rolul ingredientelor de origine vegetala in viata lor. In carte se vorbeste despre efectele miraculoase ale semintelor, nucilor, vegetalelor, algelor, germenilor si vlastarilor. Veti putea invata cum anumite reactii ale corpului ne pot trada carentele nutritionale, indentificandu-le usor prin simptome (doar cateva exemple mai jos) si Dr. Gillian ofera si solutii naturale la toate acestea.</p>

<p>* Lintea ar fi ideal sa fie germinata insa poate fi folosita sub forma uscata.</p>
<p>Toate ingredientele se pun la fiert la foc in <a title="Sarmale Vegane facute in Slow Cooker" href="http://ligiapop.com/2011/12/21/sarmale-vegane-facute-in-slow-cooker/" target="_blank">slow cooker</a> sau la foc mic de tot. Lintea rosie sau portocalie este lintea care fierbe cel mai repede, mai exact in jumatate de ora sau mai putin este gata fiarta. Chiar daca ingredientele celelalte nu sunt complet fierte, se pun toate in blender (cu exceptia cepei), se adauga sare dupa gust si se mixeaza pana la omogenizare completa. Se poate consuma alaturi o salata de germeni diversi din ridiche, broccoli, schinduf sau orice alti germeni si vlastari.</p>
<p>Dupa o ora sau jumatate de ora, daca dorim ne putem delecta cu un desert gurmand si anume, <a title="Ligia’s Kitchen: Glazed Chocolate Orange Brownies" href="http://ligiapop.com/2011/12/21/ligias-kitchen-glazed-chocolate-orange-brownies/" target="_blank">brownies cu glazura de ciocolata</a>. Pe langa meniurile date, nu uitati sa consumati pana la 2 l pe zi de <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2011/07/24/suc-verde-delicios/" target="_blank">sucuri verzi din legume diverse</a>.</p>

<p>Este in sfarsit vineri si ajungi seara acasa de abia asteptati sa luati masa cu cei dragi sau sa va relaxati pe canapea. Va recomand o cina usoara formata dintr-o <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2011/12/01/supa-de-alge-marine/" target="_blank">supa de rosii satioasa cu alge marine</a>, care va fi usor de digerat si caare nu va va periclita odihna de seara de care aveti atata nevoie dupa o saptamana obositoare.</p>

<p>Putem consuma o budinca din lapte de migdale cu seminte de chia. Intr-un pahar de lapte de migdale se adauga 3 linguri seminte chia si se amesteca pana totul devine ca o budinca. Se adauga pudra de vanilie sau esenta de vanilie naturala si micul dejun este gata.</p>

<p>Supa creme de fasole</p>
<ul>
<li>2 cani fasole germinata</li>
<li>1 morcov</li>
<li>1/2 ceapa mica</li>
<li>sare dupa gust</li>
<li>un varf de cutit cimbru</li>
</ul>
<p>Fasolea se lasa la inmuiat doua zile dupa care se va mai lasa la germinat timp de 1-2 zile. Dupa ce a incoltit, fasolea se pune la fiert la foc mic (pe ochiul mediu) timp de 5-6 h. Puteti schimba apa de 2-3 ori, insa la fasolea germinata nu prea mai este nevoie. Dupa ce s-a fiert se mixeaza intr-un blender impreuna cu toate celelalte ingrediente si cu 1 litru de apa calda.</p>
<p>Dupa o ora sau cel putin jumatate de ora, puteti consuma un desert si va recomand o <a title="Ligia’s Kitchen: Prajitura raw de mere" href="http://ligiapop.com/2011/04/16/ligias-kitchen-prajitura-raw-de-mere/">prajiturica de mere</a>. Pe langa meniurile date, nu uitati sa consumati pana la 2 l pe zi de <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2011/07/24/suc-verde-delicios/">sucuri verzi din legume diverse</a>.</p>

<p>Vom incerca de data aceasta niste <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2010/04/04/chiftele-fara-foc-delicioase/" target="_blank">chiftelute din conopida</a> cu o salata bogata de <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2009/05/03/salate/" target="_blank">germeni si vlastari</a>. Nu va temeti daca nu aveti toate ingredientele. Improvizati cu ce ingrediente aveti la indemana si veti fi uimiti de rezultat.</p>

<p>De multe ori la masa de seara ne simtim atat de obositi si deshidratati, incat parca am manca ceva sau parca n-am manca nimic. In realitate, corpul isi incetineste functiile pregatindu-se de odihna si mai potrivit ar fi sa ne hidratam cu o bautura calduta cu mirodenii.</p>

<p>&#8220;<em>Fierul este un element nutritiv esential pentru organismele vii, necesar pentru producerea hemoglobinei (substanta care confera culoarea rosie a sangelui), a mioglobinei (pigmentul rosu din muschi), precum si unor enzime. Doar 8 procente din cantitatea totala de fier ingerat sunt absorbite. In organismul unu adult de 75 kg se gasesc in mod normal 4 g de fier. [...]</em></p>
<p><em> Fierul ajuta in procesul de crestere, mareste rezistenta la imbolnavire, previne oboseala, asigura culoarea sanatoasa a pielii.[...] Inamicii asimilarii fierului sunt fosfoproteinele si sarurile acidului fitic din cerealele integrale reduc gradul de asimilare. La copii dozele excesive pot fi daunatoare pentru copii. O cantitate de 3 g este letala pentru un copil de doi ani</em> &#8220; spunea Earl Mindell in cartea&#8221;Biblia Vitaminelor&#8221;.</p>
<p>Lactatele de asemenea reduc absorbtia fierului in organism, dupa spusele lui Neal Barnard in cartea &#8220;Dieta care vindeca diabetul&#8221; si el continua <em>&#8220;Cele mai sanatoase surse de fier sunt aceleasi alimentate care va asigura calciul: leguminoasele si legumele cu frunze verzi. Acestea sunt bogate in fier, dar intr-o forma speciala numita fier non-hem. Organismul absoarbe foarte usor aceasta forma de fier atunci cand are nevoie de mai mult fier, dar fierul se elimina fara probleme din corpul dumneavoastra atunci cand atingeti necesarul de care aveti nevoie.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>Conform unui ghid prezentat de Institutul de Medicina a Asociatiei Academice de Stiinta, USA, un adult are nevoie de aproximativ 14 miligrame de fier pe zi si la cererea dvs. m-am gandit sa intocmesc o lista cu alimentele naturale bogate in fier usor de asimilat. Nu uitati ca daca se asociaza cu vit. C, fierul se poate absorbi mai repede.</p>
<ul>
<li>Algele Dulse sunt plantele cu cele mai mari cantitati de minerale din lume, rezolvand rapid orice cadere de fier.</li>
<li><a title="Ce stim despre sucul verde de grau" href="http://ligiapop.com/2010/04/22/ce-stim-despre-sucul-verde-de-grau/">Sucul de grau</a>, bogat atat in vitamine cat si in cantitati impresionante de minerale, ajuta la eliminarea metalelor grele din sange si are proprietati exceptionale atat de purificare cat si de vindecare.</li>
<li>Semintele de susan integral, pe langa faptul ca sunt bogate in calciu au si aproximativ 1.3 mg de fier intr-o lingura de seminte . O cana de lapte de migdale consumat zilnic sau la doua zile, va va improspata si fierul din organism.</li>
<li>Se stie despre curmale ca au o doza naturala de fier, usor asimilabil.</li>
<li>Germenii si vlastarii, in special cei de lucerna si floarea soarelui, pe langa proprietatile lor exceptionale si bogatia de proteine, vitamine si fibre, au si o doza semnificativa de fier.</li>
<li>Curmalele naturale sunt surse importante de fier.</li>
<li>Toate plantele cu frunze verzi sunt bogate in fier. O salata sau un smoothie poate acoperi necesarul zilnic de fier.</li>
<li>Planta kale (cheil) - o cana are aproximativ 1.2 mg</li>
<li>Spanacul - o cana are aproximativ 0.8 mg</li>
<li>Frunzele de papadie - o cana are aproximativ 1.7 mg</li>
<li>Patrunjelul &#8211; o cana are aproximativ 3.7 mg</li>
<li><a href="http://ligiapop.com/2010/10/19/chlorella-si-spirulina-suplimente-nutritive-fara-egal/" target="_blank">Spirulina</a> este mai bogata in fier de 58 de ori decat o portie de spanac crud</li>
<li><a href="http://ligiapop.com/2010/10/19/chlorella-si-spirulina-suplimente-nutritive-fara-egal/" target="_blank">Chlorella</a> contine 20 de minerale si vitamine pe langa toate proprietatile exceptionale ale acestor alge albastre-verzi cum sunt numite.</li>
<li>Alte surse sigure de fier ar mai fi: semintele de dovlceac germinate sau uscate, quinoa, lintea incoltita sau gatita, rodiile, sfecla rosie.</li>
